What Personal Data We Process

The Controller may process the following categories of personal data:

• Contact data – email address, telephone number, postal address;
• Voluntarily provided data – information submitted through forms on the website;
• Technical data – IP address, cookies, device and browser information.

Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Performance of a contract (e.g., processing orders, providing services);
• Handling inquiries or requests submitted through website forms;
• Compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax requirements);
• Legitimate interests of the Controller (service improvement, protection of rights and claims);
• Consent of the data subject (sending commercial communications, newsletters, and the use of cookies).

Data Retention Period

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

Data related to business relationships is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the period required by law (e.g., accounting records for 10 years).

Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until such consent is withdrawn.
